(1) A personal attack on a poster, or their appearance, or their job, or their life choices, is not a reasoned, logical way of proving your point. Therefore, posters who are my friends will be warned prior to banning (how much I like an individual poster will determine how many warnings that poster gets). Posters who aren't my friends will be gone, no warnings, no second chances.
(2) If a poster wants to rely on hearsay to support arguments in favor of the guilt of others, that poster should not dismiss statements about Echols, Baldwin and/or Miskelley as "hearsay" and deem it unreliable. When in doubt, it's best not to say anything.
(3) Larner is not a reliable source.
Given at Marion, Arkansas, the 20th day of March, 2007.*
