KMA,
Since there hasn't been a lot of activity here, I wanted to let you know that I personally am waiting for you to kick off discussion and debate over the information disseminated last week.
Your board, your trouble securing docs, so I want to make sure I don't preempt anything you have planned. ;D

Randy,
Since I haven't been diligent in actually reading the documents, please feel free to kick off the debate/discussions in whatever forum you choose.
Anyone who wants copies of the appendices, motions and amended habeas petition, please eMail or PM me.

I guess I didn't realize this until today...no one else has these??? So they are not public? Silly me was arguing points on Edville and everyone was acting like there head was in the sand.
When you meant you were going to "have fun" with the docs, you "really" meant you were going to have fun!
Soory if I jumped the gun. Don't worry, I refuse to disseminate the docs to anyone.

Randy,
Those docs weren't the ones I was referring to about "having fun with supporters." The ones I was going to have fun with were the status reports. The appendices and motions and amended habeas petition are not being circulated by me as a matter of principle. I spent about $18.00 or $20.00 to obtain the documents from Pacer. Supporters have a supposed attorney on their board. They, too, can pay for the docs, rather than having Kathy or someone else lift the documents from Callahan and take credit for obtaining them.
But it's fun that you let the cat out of the bag.

That means if we ever get around to meeting, I'm buying!
From what I've read, I'm not sure Kathy wants to take credit or have them public yet.
I think she would find it troublesome to explain some of these points:
Supporters are already having trouble with the animal predation theory if all the injuries happened post mortem in the water.
That seems to be what Spitz said.
Riordan said in the Press Conference that all the experts reached the same conclusion independently and with no help from the defense, yet Souviron states at the head of his report that he reviewed Spitz's opinion and both reviewed Arkansas wildlife information.
Jennifer Bearden contradicts her 1993 statement ( the 1993 one matched what she recounted to me in 2001 via email).
Ryan Clark says he went swimming as a little kid in the ditch and bayou (something supporters claim Jessie was surely making up), and that he crossed the pipe bridge regularly (again something supporters say a little boy wouldn't/couldn't do.
